Had my car impounded and went to pick it up,had asked for a garbage can due to their being dog puke in the front of my car on a mat and he said “ No, take your garbage back where you came from”. Proceeded to take the mats out and shake the dust off of them after I had cleaned them off, and he had came over and started yelling in my face telling me to take my garbage back where I come from, and that this was not a dumping ground. There is literally broken glass and tires all over the place, If you didn’t want it to be a dumping ground, do not make it look like one. I am simply trying to clean out dust off of my mat, and I’m currently being screamed at by the owner. He proceeded to tell me to get in my car immediately and leave and take all of my garbage where I came from. The prices were reasonable, but overall service they were very dismissive and did didn’t really seem to care. It appeared that there were only two people working. I had simply asked for a garbage can before I did anything. If you’re going to be in the Car Dealer business, Please learn to treat your customers with respect.

View on GoogleThe young man that towed our vehicle today was very courteous and so nice. He got the vehicle out of a spot I never figure how it could but I highly recommend these guys. Price was very affordable as well. He was also here when he said he would be..didn't wait like some past experiences. Treated the car like his own...thanks again guys!

Haven't overcharged me and everyone is really friendly and doesn't mind explaining things. I live 45 minutes away and still make the trip for this shop just because the service and quality have been top notch.

Took my car in from an accident and told me I had 24 hours to either come up with $500 plus the cost of towing my vehicle elsewhere or I had to hand over my title. If I refused either they said they'd file the vehicle as abandoned and hand it over to the state. Never in my life have I met such an unprofessionally run racket. They take advantage of people in bad situations to make a few dollars and feel no remorse. Scum of the earth. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS
