I just moved to Pittsburgh and needed to find a BMW specialist for my older 2008 328. Dan is awesome. He is a true BMW expert and enthusiast. He knows about all of them, even the really old ones (which are my favorite). He has a few older ones sitting around. I enjoyed chatting with him about BMWs; he knows every little thing about every single car, and has owned several older models himself. He is also very flexible and trustworthy, and doesn't overcharge. I needed a new taillight and he was patient with me, allowing me to shop around for a used one online. I trust him fully with my BMW and am happy to have found my new mechanic!

I took my car the B&S for some repairs. They were supposed to order some parts prior to my appointment, but after dropping off my car, I was told that some of the parts were not ordered. It was as though they forgot what parts they were supposed to order. Because of this delay, my car had to remain in the shop longer while they waited for the parts. I was then charged a storage fee for every day that my car was in the shop. I don't understand why a storage fee was charged, when I car sat on the street while waiting for the parts? I was also double charged for some work. There were other issues that weren't addressed properly. I have since found another shop to do my maintenance and repairs.

Dan the man! We cannot say enough about B&S. Took our 03 325 that had been sitting for over a year to Dan. Not only was he upfront and honest, he clearly is a BMW expert. He communicated directly with me every step of the way. As busy as the shop was, he got an inspection and all required repairs done very timely and reasonably. Great shop! Five stars is an understatement
