After receiving a high repair quote from the Toyota dealership, we decided to get a second opinion — and we’re so glad we chose Greentree Auto Body (GAB). The dealership told us we needed four new tires and two new wheels, even though we hadn’t experienced any shaking or unusual driving issues. We ended up not needing the two new wheels, which would have cost a couple thousand dollars. We did purchase four new tires from GAB and have no complaints at all. Alex, his dad, and the team were friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and excellent at communicating. They carefully inspected everything and gave us honest, straightforward feedback without pushing unnecessary repairs. Just a week later, I was rear-ended at a red light (not at fault) in my other vehicle. I had never been in an accident before, but they were on top of everything from the start, kept me informed throughout the entire process, and made it smooth and stress-free. On top of repairing the assessed damage, we also purchased a new car battery since it needed to be replaced. I was so thankful we had already built a connection with them because I didn’t hesitate for a second about where to take my car. They were extremely helpful and truly the right team for the job. After a tree branch fell on my car and caused some scratches and dents to the fenders, doors, hood, and trunk, I took it to Greeentree Auto Body for an insurance claim repair. Maybe my expectations were low, but the result was way better than I imagined. The car looks factory fresh from bumper to bumper. Outstanding work. And the guys were easy to work with and communicated every step of the process. Hopefully I won't need them again, but they will be my go-to for bodywork if I do.
