We went to Flynns yesterday for 2 tires and to get an alignment. Man, were they great!!! We had an awful experience at a previous garage, NTB who didn't align the vehicle (even though they stated they did) then never responded to my customer service messages. Flynns got us in quickly, informed me on what was best for my car, had the tires ready to go and was very helpful! This experience was a complete 180 from the last place we went. Prices were very reasonable, staff/techs were knowledgeable, shop was clean and everyone was very nice. Got in and out quickly with no issues. We will go back and HIGHLY recommend Flynns Tire!

Stopped by Flynn Tires in Carnegie and realized they had moved to an adjacent much larger building. The waiting area is clean, spacious and comfortable. Just needed a tire rotation. Got that done in a little more than an hour. I am always impressed with the pleasantness and professional manner of their staff. I never go anywhere else for tires.

This particular location has been great. They offer free rotations on tires you buy there. The hazard protection is awesome. These guys are quick, have a nice shop, and its no muss no fuss. I can only speak on this location but I would definitely recommend it.

New tires are great, but asked for an oil change and they used synthetic oil, the person who confirmed my request never asked. The front desk said synthetic is standard unless asked otherwise. Really???? Regular oil change is standard all other places and they always ask. A little disappointed for the charge that was twice the amount suspected. But tires are great and prices on the tires are very reasonable. EDIT: Changed my rating, for 3 to 5 stars, how amazing !! the service mechanic called me an apologized for not asking me about my preference on the oil change, this gentleman had amazing customer service skills during our call, very impressed. He explained normally 2010 and beyond cars run on synthetic oil, but will work with his manager and get back to me for a possible next oil change on them. I was just very pleased the company reads their reviews and reached out, and it wasn't from a call center it was the service mechanic who actually worked on my car! Thank you!!
