Abysmal service process. First, I tried to schedule online, but got stuck when the service checkup that I wanted was grayed out. I then called FOUR TIMES and never got to a real person. Left a voicemail twice never to hear back from them. Not sure if they are so popular that they can turn business away by simply ignoring customers who are under the service period, or if their scheduler is just too lazy to bother returning messages.

There’s no accountability, no ownership, and even new vehicles are not treated with the care you’d expect during service. Communication is an issue through every step of the servicing process (majorly lacking). They’ll easily take your money when buying a new vehicle but care little about you or your car after the fact. Sad state of affairs at this location.
View on GoogleWould rate 0 if I could because despite calling three different times over 3 weeks to schedule an appointment, I have received 0 calls back and no service. When calling the Toyota service department, you get a representative that transfers you to another rep, that transfers you to another rep, that transfer you to a third rep, THAT THEN TRANSFERS YOU TO A VOICEMAIL, where they ask you to leave a name and number with a short message for a call back. Despite leaving a message three times over three weeks, I am yet to have any service scheduled for my car. 0 stars. Do not waste your time!!!
View on GoogleThe guy behind the desk was incredibly rude and condescending. I drove 30 minutes to this place to get my vehicle that I purchased here serviced and ended up having to turn right back around. This was partially my fault as I did not have the proper paperwork but the attitude of the guy along with the fact that he couldn’t tell me how to get the paperwork, despite having the PennDOT site pulled up right in front of me because he “doesn’t live in the state”. Turns out you just submit a form online and I could have done it then and there from my phone. What an absolute waste of my time. I’m never coming back for a service or for a future vehicle.
View on GoogleHad a 10k checkup. Tire rotation, oil change and top off fluids. They are very nice and accommodating. Only downside was having to readjust my mirrors, seat and heating settings back to my settings. I wish they would place paper mats on the floor and they should get there car wash fixed. I like the courtesy wash they usually provide.
