Wait list of two weeks in advance for a state inspection Had a misunderstanding about scheduling where I distinctly said I couldn't drop my vehicle off overnight but still had to clarify with a follow-up call that I needed to come in and wait (unfortunately inconvenienced with a 9 am appointment as a result) I needed wiper blades, but the shop was kind enough to let me replace them elsewhere and return for the sticker, so that was nice. But upon return I was charged a 4% fee for using American Express. My bill came to: $35 for safety inspection $12 for a safety inspection sticker $15 for emissions exemption $0.68 for "Shop/Haz-Mat" $3.76 for tax $2.65 for AmEx fee Which ended up totaling $66.44 ($69.09) for an *emissions exempt* state inspection for March of 2026

The guys at Canonsburg auto service are true professionals. I had to have my car towed on a Friday for broken brake lines. They were fully booked for the day, but they did there best help me in figuring out what was wrong and how to fix. Monday morning car is done. I truly appreciate them getting it done and my back on the road. Thank you

I just moved to the area and needed to find a trusting mechanic which is truly hard. At first they helped me with a VIN verification the week before and went out of there way to help me as I was under a time crunch. So I decided to get my inspection here after and I am extremely pleased by the service. The people from the front desk to the mechanics are super nice, knowledgeable and positive people. I felt like I could trust them and they very effective and efficient with getting my car done. Also they promptly start at the time of your scheduled appointment. Anyways I would highly recommend this shop for your automotive needs. We will be back for future service.

Had a bad experience with the scheduling. I was initially very happy when I called and they told they can get me in tomorrow if I can drop the car off. I went there next day morning before work. I had to drive 25 minutes to get there and the person there was like he is not seeing my name in the list. I had two cars to be done, the person on the phone told me that they can take one tomorrow and next one on Friday the same week. Apparently the person in front desk could find me and I was scheduled for the following Wednesday instead of current week. Also they couldn't find my Friday's reservation too. The one he found me for next Wednesday he was saying that is not my handwriting. So it was clear that someone else in his team scheduled me in. The reason I am giving a low rating is because of the way they handled the situation. The person was like it was my mistake I came on wrong day and not even an apology or accepting the fact that someone in his team communicated incorrectly to me. Will never go back to this place just because of that. This review is purely from the scheduling aspect and customer management. I have no idea how the services are.

I can’t begin to describe how much I appreciate the guys who work here. I drive an old car and I need a lot of maintenance work done. They are honest and very fair. They know I don’t know much about cars and have never tried to take advantage in any way. My father is a retired mechanic so I know! They will tell you if something needs fixed right now or if it’s something you can wait a little bit on. They aren’t just trying to take your money. They always do their best even when busy to fit me into their schedule. I trust them completely. I just got my brakes done this week and they did an amazing job. My 20 year old car feels like new! Highly recommend!
