(preface: NOT my vehicle) Major rip off wants to drill out two bolts with almost a inch of thread left stuck out. You can easily remove the bolts in 10 minutes with a grinder and a pair of vice grips. Charges 90$ just to hook the vehicle upto a scan machine (no engine codes so NOT NEEDED)

If the guy who works here is driving anyone else's vehicles, watch out! Almost turned into our car on a straight away when he was going back to the business. He didn't even stop! We had to veer off to the side. I wouldn't trust them with my car if this is how they drive.

They lie about services then try and argue when you have proof of them being caught. Tech also screwed up one of my wheels in the process of not even doing the service i paid for which was a regular service. makes me doubt they even changed the oil. John was very nice and reasonable unfortunately he has extremely dishonest and incompetent people working for him. I've been in the automotive service industry for 10 years and couldn't imagine running a shop like this. I would not recommend them to do anything on your vehicle.
