I’m really disappointed writing this because Guy has done great work on our cars in the past, and I used to recommend his shop to everyone. My car was hit by a deer on 9/16/25 and I immediately called Guy because I trusted his work. The vehicle was towed to his shop and I got a rental car. The repair process took until 11/10/25 to complete. During that time my rental coverage ran out and I had to start paying for the rental out of pocket. Toward the end of the repair I was calling almost daily asking when the car would be finished. For about a week I was repeatedly told “tomorrow.” One day I stopped by the shop in person because if the car was really going to be done the next day I expected it to at least look close to finished. Instead, it still had no front bumper and hadn’t been painted. After another week of waiting and paying for the rental myself, the car was finally completed. I picked it up at night after work. The next day I noticed the paint didn’t match the rest of the car. I wasn’t thrilled, but since it’s a 13-year-old vehicle I decided not to push the issue. Because the car had been in the shop so long, my inspection had expired. When I took it for inspection the same week I picked it up, it failed because the hood release cable was damaged and the hood wouldn’t open. I paid $800 out of pocket to have it repaired because I was worried that if I took it back to Guy my car would be stuck there again for weeks. I showed Guy the invoice and he told me he would reimburse me and also wanted to bring the car back in to repaint the mismatched paint. We scheduled a Monday for the repaint, but the Friday before he called and said he was behind and needed two more weeks. I agreed and even scheduled another rental since he said he would cover it. The day before the new appointment he called again saying he couldn’t fit me in. At that point I told him to forget about repainting the car and simply reimburse me for the $800 hood repair. That’s when the conversation completely changed. He became very upset and said he never agreed to reimburse me. He insisted the part was installed correctly and said he could show me that the serial number matched. I tried explaining that I wasn’t saying the part wasn’t installed — the issue was that it appears to have been damaged when the front bumper was reinstalled. He told me he would call me the following Monday to meet and discuss it, but I never heard back. This entire situation lasted from 9/16/25 to 3/12/26. It’s really unfortunate because I used to strongly recommend this shop. Unfortunately after this experience I won’t be returning. It felt like company vehicles and larger contracts were prioritized while individual customers were pushed aside. Communication, timelines, and accountability during this repair process were extremely frustrating.

Do don’t recommend, I took my 2021 Hyundai Elantra here and it was a total disaster of events that happened. I called the shop asking if he had any availability to work on my car, because I was sideswiped by a semi truck. He said he was busy but he could take the task on. I said great brought the car down to him same day and he told me give me a couple weeks and he’ll reach out to me. He never reached out so I called my self and he just kept telling me it would be ready soon. His name is (guy), guy had the poorest communication out of anyone I’ve ever had a car at. I had to call every time about the car he never once gave me updates, I would be left on delivered for days. So it takes about a month for me to receive my car and he did a horrible job , paints chipping, there are paint dry spots. told me he’d replace the head light, but he didn’t. Very unprofessional place to bring your vehicle. Do your self a favor and never bring a vehicle here. 0/5 stars

I’m a 23 year old woman and I reached out to a few auto body shops for a repair on my back w quarter panel. I had a bit of rust starting and wanted to get it fixed before it got worse. My first estimate was $1200. I was shocked. I called G’s Autowork’s and was very impressed with their price! Also how communicative he was with me. I don’t know much about the topic and had more than enough questions and he was nice and understanding with me! And my car was shining when I went to go pick her up! Thank you Guy at G’s Autowork’s! I recommend to anybody looking for services come here!

I scraped a guard rail very badly. I needed new tires, a new head light, a new rear quarter panel and the whole left side painted a fairly rare color. Guy got me in for estimate quick, worked effectively with my insurance, kept me updated every step of the way, made sure I received all new OEM parts and performed a flawless install and pristine matched paint. It took two months but if I had known looking at my car after the accident that I would be able to have it again, perfect, I would have waited far longer and paid far more. Thanks Guy!

Who hits a turkey vulture? ME! I called him to see if he was available to take my car for repair, (never met him, never used him) he was very courteous, and told me he’d order my parts that day and as soon as they came in (2days) to bring the car down. It was done in 2 days, and a great job! I whispered to his employee to take her time, bc my rental happened to be a Mini Cooper! Which by the way, is a very cool ride!! But, it only took 2 days and it looks beautiful! I would highly recommend Guy and his employees, they know what they are doing and the customer service is OUTSTANDING! He returns calls, and is honestly very aware of what his customers want! Like I said, OUTSTANDING! Highly recommend!! Second time to Guy’s (unfortunately) again, great service, in a very timely manner, and his pricing is much better than others. Again, HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
