Be Aware. This was initially my 1st choice for garage. I had no idea how little to None being a regular customer mattered A routine summer service turned into a court case.. Not denying their mistake, they simply chose not to cover what they admitted they caused but could not fix. I was also told repeatedly the brakes "still had so much left" when I wanted to replace them. When finally taken to a Responsible shop I learned it was down to metal on metal. They perform inspections. Think about that...seriously. All was great until it was not. Professionalism is more than who we are when things go well. It is also How we are when things do not. Truly disappointing however, Karma's memory is Flawless. Be Aware

Do not waste your time. go elsewhere. Was physically present. Made an appointment for state inspection for two weeks in advanced. Came in on date of appointment and they said they didn’t have an appointment for me scheduled after that had already scheduled it two weeks before..

I don't leave too many reviews but when I consistently leave an establishment with my expectations exceeded, I feel I should recognize that. I have been taking my car here since moving here from Philadelphia, now my wife and I both use this shop exclusively. The work is always exemplary, timely and reasonably priced but honestly Dave is the reason we return time and time again. Excellent service and always shoots straight, a rare quality these days. You have our business generationally!

Purchased my last couple sets of tires and rotations at West End. Good group of guys working there. Never an issue with them or their work. Great to go to a place that takes care of their customers. People that complain about an up-charge with using cards, it's a convience for people that need the tires without the money. Pay cash if it bothers you. They shouldn't have to pay the extra charge each time a card is used. (Yes, I work retail)
