I chose one star, not because the dealership or its staff had any issue in fact Baglier is all 5 stars! Courteous, quick, and I’ve not had a bad experience yet. However, I want some form of mechanism in order to lodge my disappointment with the produce (GMC ‘22 2500HD AT4) which I had bought there. A defective sensor cause my vehicle to limit my speed, a faulty exhaust sensor. The OEM needs to get feedback from dealerships and customers alike that that methodology is UNACCEPTABLE. Governing or limiting ability as an operator for a nonsignificant issue just because it’s part of the emission system is not acceptable. It threatens my safety for no reason whatsoever. I am happy at the very least that the OEM replaced this at no cost to me but this also indicates that they know it’s an issue of their own making. FTC v. Deere & Company is only a matter of time till it hits the auto sector industry for unfair and unreasonable practices such as this. Cut it out! It’s my vehicle don’t tell me how I can use, maintain, or operate it!

Baglier Buick performed the 1st Service on my new Envision and everything went perfect! I am very satisfied with the whole process from scheduling the appointment, the quality of the work and the time it took while I waited.
