I’m typically not the one to leave a bad review on a company, but these people are very unprofessional and disrespectful. I called countless times to get some information and some questions answered, and they continued to ignore me after they had a paying customer wanting to purchase something from them. Once they finally answered, they cussed me out, and I tried to be respectful and ask why they weren’t telling me anything and then continued to hang up mid-conversation. I encourage others not to go to this company because I’d hate to see other people be disrespected like I was.

Had an issue with a front full locking rear in my semi. Called them and they got me right in to check it out. Found out it needed a full rebuild. They did it in house in a timely manner and helped me out big time! Definitely recommend them. It’s a small shop and a busy shop. But I definitely feel I was treated fairly and pricing wasn’t hateful! I’ll be back for future repairs when needed.

I had my rear end rebuilt in out 2008 Chevy Suburban. From the very start they were very accommodating, they were professional and knowledgeable. They accommodated me dropping the vehicle off on a Sunday while they were closed, by Monday afternoon I knew the extent of the repair and an exact cost to perform the rebuild. Tuesday mis afternoon I gave them the go ahead to rebuild it and by Wednesday it was ready to pick up. All genuine GM parts, and a 2 year unlimited mile warranty. I don’t have one complaint about my experience with Joe’s and I will definitely have work done by them again in the future, when needed.
