Tires Plus

Debbie was my contact and for the 2nd time in 4 months I needed tires. When I arrived the tire that was flat could not be repaired and we ordered a new tire that they did not carry. It was there the very next day. Scheduling for the change was done for the day after. In an out in under 90 min. Thank you to Will, Shane Kevin and Debbie. Hope to see you again soon just not too soon😂😉

Sorry for the long review but my experience was very eventful. I was in the market for 4 new tires, an oil change and a state inspection. I researched tires but was a bit overwhelmed with the large variety and options. I went into this location and the woman at the front desk was wonderful! She helped me not only settle on great tires but also looked ahead and found a great deal which started 10 days from my visit so she made an appointment for me 10 days out to bring my truck in to be serviced. I was worried bc my current tire tred was low but didn’t mind waiting 10 days. I kept an eye on my tires every day anticipating my appointment. I took off work and showed up 10 days later at my appointment time excited to get my car running like new. This is where everything went downhill! I pulled up to a spot one spot from the garage and a mechanic immediately and rudely told me to move my car. I was shocked but didn’t want to cause an issue so I informed him that I have a 1230 appointment and asked for the best place to park so they could easily access my truck. The mechanic ignored me, turned around and started to walk away. I was still in my running vehicle so I looked in the shop waiting patiently for direction. He came back out 15 seconds later and asked me what I was looking at, said I looked as if I wanted to “ do something “. I began to repeat that I have an appointment when he rudely cut me off and aggressively told me to move my car again, then repeated that “ I ain’t gonna do nothing so don’t look at him”. By this time I was upset and the exchange almost became physical. Luckily a different mechanic came out to separate us. I moved my car and went inside to cancel my appointment at this point. The service manager apologized for the interaction, said he would send the mechanic home for the day, honor my appointment and would do the oil change for no charge. I calmed down and agreed to the offer bc I’ve been looking forward to this for 10 days. I was told to leave my car and it would be ready in 3 hours. I waited in the area for 3 hours for the service. I received a call 3 hours later so I answered in excitement ready to get my truck back, but I was disappointed again. I was told to leave my truck there overnight or bring it back the next day bc they didn’t have an opportunity to service my vehicle. I was told bc they sent a mechanic home early they got behind and were not able to service my truck. I was disappointed but I accepted the apology, again. I drove my truck home and looked at my tires after I parked and found the final slap in the face…..a nail in my tire! Sure it could be a coincidence that in the 15 minutes I drove home I drove over a nail but what are the odds? I made an appointment 10 days out, took off work, scheduled to spend over $1000 at this establishment and left completely and utterly disappointed.

What a great experience! I was in trouble, and needed to get a tire plugged that had caught a nail yesterday, and I needed it done by 1:00. I called them up and discovered that they were having a sale on all four tires, so I asked them if I could get all four tires replaced in time for me to make it to work by 1:00. They told me to come in and then they got the job done! Four brand new Firestone tires with great promotions to bring the price down to a manageable level, and done with smiles, jokes, and all together great customer service. They have earned a new repeat customer.

The service was very positive. Very user friendly. I was informed of every step in the process from inspection, cost and approximate time. Definitely will be my place for service. This is my 3rd car in several years using them for various services. Marty the manager is really nice to all the customers.

Outstanding experience. Will certainly return due to their great customer care. Lucky to have worked with Debbie who was professional, helpful, knowledgeable and sincere. Had an emergency flat that required some extra attention. From my vantage point, Debbie made me a priority, and I was never left wondering. Really appreciated that. Debbie got my car fixed and out the door in less than 24 hours even though I never had an appointment. Also, she and her great technician discovered an unrelated but significant issue with my car. Debbie personally showed me the problem and suggested ways to address to avoid costly repairs down the road. Returned two days after for a follow up visit to address a related warning light. Without hesitation, Debbie accepted my key and told me they would look at it. No arguments or denials. The problem was fixed the same day with no charge. Thank you, Debbie.
