I recently picked up my brother’s car from Bryn Mawr Auto Body after it had some work done, and I was honestly blown away by the quality. The work they do is absolutely pristine. Everything looked flawless, like the car just rolled off the showroom floor. They even provided a courtesy clean. Bob is a great guy too, super down to earth and easy to talk to. You can tell he genuinely cares about his customers and takes pride in what he does. He really goes above and beyond to make sure everything is done right and that you leave happy. It’s not always easy to find a shop you can trust, but Bryn Mawr Auto Body definitely delivers. Highly recommend them if you want top-notch work and great service!

Before you choose to take your vehicle here make sure to read this review. If I could give ZERO stars I would. Do not take your vehicle here. I dropped off my 2024 Honda CRV for repairs after an accident. Prior to this accident, my vehicle had a clean history.. no previous accidents, bumps, dings, scratches on this car as it is brand new off the lot. My car had significant damage to the DRIVERS SIDE ONLY. I dropped off my car to Bryn Mawr Auto Body on July 14th with an expected completion date of July 24th. July 24th comes around and I received zero communication from Bryn Mawr Auto Body regarding the status of my vehicle. I called the shop and was told by Chris that it would be ready for pick up by the end of the day “if all the stars align” but, that he would notify me if it was not ready. No one ever called me back. July 25th I called the shop again to find out the status of my car. Chris proceeds to tell me that they are just starting to put it back together. Horrible communication efforts on their part starting off already. Fast forward to July 25th. I go to pick up my car and upon inspection noted several major defects. The hood was not installed correctly, the paint was literally dripping down the sides of the car, the bumper was misaligned, the drivers side fender had a major noticeable gap in two places and to top it all off… there was paint smeared on my side mirror, there was something sticky all over my drivers side interior and there were several large scuffs and some smaller deep scratches on my front bumper and a big chunk of paint missing on the passenger side fender (side was not even impacted). I immediately notified the shop of these issues and took lots of pictures. I gave them the opportunity to fix these issues which were clearly from poor workmanship. I dropped my car off to them AGAIN on 8/13 and was told the owner would be there to go over this with me… he was not. When I arrived, a nice gentleman went over each discrepancy with me, marking and noting each issue. This gentleman also confirmed that detailing was not a normal procedure for them… so still confused as to what happened to the interior of my car that they were trying to hide/cover up. About 1 hour after I dropped off the vehicle, the owner AJ called me to tell me that per his intake pictures, all of the scratches and scuffs on the front bumper were already there prior to bringing it to them. I KNOW this to be untrue because little does he know… his employee showed me all of the photos taken by the shop on intake and not one single scuff/scratch was on the bumper on July 14th when dropped off. I attempted to inform AJ that he was not being truthful, he proceeded to talk over me.. yelling about having to fire an employee. I refused to accept his lack of accountability so he - in a child-like fashion told me to come pick up the car. I called the insurance company handling payment for this claim and notified them of the ongoing issue. I submitted all information and pictures to them of the amateur work done on my car. My car will go to another body shop that is more reputable than Bryn Mawr Auto Body. Additionally, when I picked up the car on 8/13, AJ informed me that they were putting the bumper back on. Upon inspection of that, my husband and I both noticed that they didn’t secure the bumper all the way and there was paint chipped off the side of it.. which again was not there before I dropped it off. Absolutely horrible experience. I’ve wasted a lot of time and work hours for this as well.

I had an excellent experience here. I brought my car in for minor aesthetic repair, and upon picking my car up, I noticed something and brought it to the attention of the owner, Bob. He could not have been more understanding. He asked that I leave the car for another short visit to address the issue, and that’s exactly what they did. Sometimes it’s those experiences that really demonstrate the character of a person and how they run their business. I’m pleased with the work and recommend them moving forward.

Friendly staff and exceptional service. They provided a free estimate and called me to make an appointment less than a week later when the part came in for my car. They were flexible with scheduling and fixed my car in less than hour! Great work, highly recommend!

This is a well run and thorough body shop. The front office is efficient and keeps a customer up to date on your automobile as it progresses to completion. They work with my insurance company making it a seamless process, including arranging for the rental vehicle and payment. They have a well deserved reputation in the area.
