I can’t say enough good things about L&P Auto Repair🙌🫡👍😇 If you’re on campus nearby or live in the tristate area this is the mechanic you want working on your vehicle. I own a Jeep Wrangler and while I love my JK. I’m not a fan of the well known issues Chrysler has left for Jeep owners to fix on their own and heaven help you once you’re out of warranty….. The costs for repairs can leave most people financially out in the wind. Thats why most Wrangler owners who don’t maintain their vehicles sell them when inevitably something breaks or requires replacement or repair and the cost is more than they can afford.. Thankfully for me L&P Auto Repair exists. In less than a year I had several well known Jeep issues addressed and repaired. The best part L&P Auto didn’t rake me over the coals and they always took care of me like family and so does their companion shop 1939 Auto in Philadelphia where I first took my Wrangler for service. I bought my 2010 Wrangler used from a salvage lot who sold it off to recoup lot fees for sitting for 2 years with a bad EGR Valve. I had another shop already replace it but they failed to diagnose the frayed and torn egr wiring loom that fried the new egr. L&P Auto’s companion shop, 1939 Auto diagnosed the issue and advised me of my options before anything was done to my vehicle. Free of Charge. No other shop in the area does that. Dealership charges $200 just for a diagnostic scan😑 So saving money and being treated decently was already a big selling point🤝 In the year since purchase, I have had a reliable vehicle that I drove to Iowa and back and to Michigan. All the mechanical work done, retrofit parts from JL Wranglers, as well as any upgrades since purchase has been done by the professional mechanics and staff at L&P Auto or their companion Shop 1939 Auto in Philadelphia. When you find a mechanic you trust, your vehicle is better for it and so is your wallet😉 I love this shop and my CarFaxx shows it👀 In this economy having a trusted mechanic that is genuinely looking out for you is a gift more people wish they had😇😇😇 So anytime my Jeep needs service or repair, from JL retrofit Parts installed to having my Rear Main Seal replaced, replace a bad heater core, fix bad wiring or any of the well known JK wrangler issues addressed or just need that weird noise diagnosed😅😅😅😅. I know who to go to🫡 You can see the difference a year of ownership made to my jeep, where I started and where I currently am🤝 I thank the mechanics at L&P Auto👏

A friend recommended L&P Auto to us. So far we have taken two different vehicles to them and happy we have done so. They diagnosed the problems and their prices were reasonable. The men working there were very friendly, knowledgeable, and pleasant to talk too. I will continue taking our cars there for services.

The mechanic took the time to explain the issues with my vehicle step by step and guided me on what needed immediate attention without pressuring me into unnecessary services. My grandmother’s car was past inspection and L&P (Formerly Crilly’s) got us in within two days to get it all up to date! 2 New tires & the inspection came out to a reasonable price and was up front about all charges and why they were needed! Thank you, great to have you in the neighborhood!
