I cannot recommend this mechanic Dave based on my very poor experience. I brought my 1996 Mustang GT in because it was throwing lean codes. I was told the intake manifold needed to be replaced, and I paid approximately $700 for the repair. I was also told it would be about a 3-hour job, but it took roughly two weeks before I got my car back. When I picked it up, I immediately noticed problems. The sway bar bracket had not been reinstalled, the spark plug boots were not fully seated, and intake tubing in the engine bay had not been fully reassembled. More importantly, the same lean check-engine codes that I originally brought the car in for were still present after the repair. I reached out multiple times to discuss the unresolved issue, but I never received a response. My frustration isn’t just that I spent $700—it’s that I paid for a repair to solve a problem, the problem remained, and I felt abandoned when I tried to follow up. Based on my experience, I left with an expensive bill, unresolved issues, and additional concerns about the quality of the work. I would not return and cannot recommend this mechanic.

Very responsive, respectful, informative and they get the job done the correct way, best experience I've had this far with a mechanic, I'll continue to get my car taken care of here at AMF Auto Clinic in Brookhaven Pa, highly recommended.

I took my truck in for its annual inspection / emissions test. During the inspection the mechanic disovered I needed front brakes and rotors as well as a front axel for my 4-wheel drive. I know the mechanic is doing their job when they are very thorough in looking for safety issues. Some shops I have dealt with in the past may have never noticed or inspected the axel area. For my own saftey I am grateful for what they do by doing their job correctly. When I arrived at the shop Dave the mechanic showed me exactly what was wrong with the axel. After seeing it in person I fully understood what I was being told what was wrong with the truck. Lastly I know its not the shops responsibility for a ride to and from the shop and I only live about a half mile away, I am very grateful they were able to provide me with a lift to pick up the truck when it was completed so I did not have to walk in the recent snow that we got. Customer service goes a long way and they knocked it out of the park.

I’ve been bringing my car to AMF Auto Clinic for over 5 years now, and I can honestly say I love their work. Kevin and the entire team are always accommodating and go above and beyond to make sure my car is in top shape. Every time I pick it up, it drives like it’s brand new! I don’t think there’s ever been a time I’ve called and didn’t get same-day service — they’re that good. AMF services my car better than the dealership ever did. Thank you for 5 years of amazing, trustworthy, and expert care!

Took advantage of a college student- small piece of steering wheel was broken off- instead of explaining to her that it would not pass inspection- mechanic toyed around with the wheel, broke off more plastic to the point you only saw metal & then after the fact told her it wouldn't pass & there was nothing they could do- handled completely wrong
