I called 2x and requested a return call to set up an appointment to look at my car, give an estimate for rust issues/pass inspection. I called this company based on Google reviews. Yet, no one called me back. I called approximately September 17 and again on September 29. Left my name, date, time of calling and reason for calling. No return call. I got voice mail both times that says...please leave your information and someone will return your call--I Guess NOT! I get that companies are busy--but an owner should take time to return calls or hire someone to return calls to set appointments--if you close at 5, maybe someone could return calls 5 to 5:30 or upon arrival into the shop. Find the time--or change your message that says...feel free to leave a message, we may or may not call you back. If your company does not do estimates, please post on your website and if you do not do appointments, post on your website. Or take some time to call potential clients back-I am trying to be proper & considerate, and call 1st vs just showing up and interrupting your work day. Very disappointed that a company has 5 star reviews for services...which is why I reached out to them--based on previous reviews--yet I cannot even get a call back in 3 weeks.
