If I could give them a 0 star I would but unfortunately 1 is the lowest. My mother dropped her car off to get her transmission fixed. She got it towed in and called to speak to them. They communicated that day and he said he will keep in touch to let her know what’s going on with the vechile and all it needs done. 2 whole weeks go by my mom has been calling, left many many voicemails and no response back. My mom has a second car and also works a lot so she wasn’t able to drive down to his shop. She also trusted he would get things done and just was very busy so she tried to be reasonable. After my several attempts to call I decided to show up and see what was going on. I was walking in his lot before getting even half way to the door, he admittedly walked out asked “how can I help you” I explained he has my mother car, pointed to it and said she has been calling for weeks. I’m here to get an update. He proceeds to call her a liar, says he never got any calls. While this happened a call came in, and he said “I have to take this. Write her number down and I’ll call her after I take this call”. I then tell him well sir I got here before that call came through, my mother is on the phone now and I just drove 30 minutes. If you can talk to her now. He says again “write her number down and I’ll call her back”. After demanding for answers and saying I’m not leaving until he talks to my mom now he blurts out what’s wrong with the car and says he needs to order the part from Florida. I said okay well where do we go from here, how much is it to get fixed etc. he said “600” with an attitude. After us both having a weird feeling and thinking he maybe racist because my mom speaks with a heavy accent and myself being black. We gotten the vechile towed out of his establishment. Please beware DO NOT take your vechile there. If he comments that we were never customers I will post pictures I took of her vechile there and call logs of us calling for weeks, which you can see we called the public shop number posted. Oh I forgot to mention, I even showed him I called him several times that day and he still proceeded to say he never got it.
