NEVER again!!! DO NOT come here unless you want your car destroyed!!! This was the second time and last here! First time, destroyed the inside of my car with mud(headliner destroyed, it was cream)! Give people the benefit of the doubt! Came back with my Porsche to have tire mounted and balanced! Patiently waited 3 hours for service. Get it on the interstate the next day and it’s bouncing all over the place(tires definitely not balanced). Go back in and tell them what’s going on they give me all this bs about ice build up on tires even though the vibration was prior to the snowstorm and we had already removed all ice from wheel wells and tires!!! Go back in and this is AGAIN how they destroyed not only the INSIDE but Outside of my car( no not just salt, it’s mud)! Total male chauvinism!! Only if you’re a man will you get treated with respect here!!

I bought 4 tires from this place in JUNE, was told their great tires, bla bla - supposedly got an alignment too. Now we’re at 9 months later and my front 2 tires are bald, one flat. The left front one needed air every 4 hours till I put the donut on. Absolutely ridiculous brand new tires lasted NINE MONTHS!
View on GoogleOutstanding customer service and I didn’t even buy anything! Came in to see if my tire could be repaired but it couldn’t be. Since I drove 650 miles with the nail, I was going to drive home (another 650) and deal with it then. I didn’t get the gentleman’s name that helped me, but he checked champ tires website, found a suitable used tire and called me to let me know!

They had the opportunity to tell me that I needed both new brakes and new tires but were honest about my needing neither at this time. Highly recommend.
