View on GoogleMy experience was great. I called Steve's on a Friday told him what I needed to have done which were two major things. He told me to bring it in on Monday. When I dropped it off he said he would have it done by the end of the day and it was done. Called around to get other prices first and Steve's was the best price. Everyone I had contact with was very pleasant and helpful. I would definitely recommend Steve's to anyone.
View on GoogleWhen I chose this place about 3 years ago to cut and weld new rockers to my raptor, as well as respray the frame, I was expecting some honest work. And when I had my aunt drop it off and pick it up, she was told a “no rust guarantee.” You don’t tell that to anyone especially on the east coast rust belt. Just today I grinded down my driver rear rocker and as seen in the photo, it was rotting. Not only did I do my own fix now. But I have discovered tape over my cab holes, whether to prevent rust or mask for the frame painting, regardless it didn’t work because my frame is rusting too, not nearly as bad, credit due for that. For 7k this is some no rust guarantee

View on Google"Terrible customer service and insurance handling – avoid at all costs!" I had a very disappointing experience with this collision center. The staff gets visibly annoyed if you call for updates, and the owner himself doesn’t seem to understand how to work with insurance companies. Because they never sent the supplemental quote to my insurance, I was left stuck paying for the rental out of my own pocket. When I questioned them about the delay, they dismissed me, saying they're "the busiest people" and don’t have time for customers. It’s clear they don’t value the people paying their bills. Save yourself the time, energy, and money—go somewhere else if you actually want your car fixed properly. I wish I could give zero stars, but since I have to give one to post this, take that as your warning."
