My parents were in town and their car broke down so I sent them here and the guys took one look at the battery and knew it just needed a wrench. These guys are the best and so kind! I take my car to them for regular maintenance too.
View on GoogleThere should be zero hesitation if you need a good, honest mechanic. Dylan & Bret have never upsold me on any part or service. I've been taking my vehicles to them for almost 15 years. They always work professionally and fast. One time there was a miscommunication on when I was coming back to pick up my car (Friday just after closing time). They locked up at closing time before I got there and didn't leave the key for me. Dylan drove the 20 minutes back to the shop from home, on a Friday, to get me back in my SUV. Amazing service!

Dylan and his son Brett regularly take care of both of our cars quickly and for a fair and honest price. They are a full service operation so your car will be fixed when it leaves the Ridge compound. View on GoogleHave been a customer for nearly 40 yrs. Remember when Bret was young and just starting to help out at the shop; now is a full-fledged experienced mechanic. Did an excellent job installing a new catalytic converter at a fair price after mine was stolen. These guys are solid and will never rip you off. Tried to convince a friend of mine who just spent $5000 on his '98 Camry to have work done for it to pass inspection to take it to Ridge Auto instead of where he took it. Maybe it did need that much work but Dylan and Bret would have been completely honest and upfront from the beginning. Maybe my friend will listen next time. When we move back to the Far Northeast from Rhawnhurst soon, we'll be bringing our cars to Ridge Auto more often for service. They're experienced and honest.
