Wright Chevrolet Buick GMC Service & Tire Center

As someone that is terrified of dogs I did not expect to have to stand in the check in area or walk around the whole time while another customer let her dog walk loose around the waiting area. When I brought my concern to an employee I was told, Well we are an animal friendly dealer. If you are going to allow animals there should be a leash rule, it isn't a dog park. It makes me no longer want to come there. We are loyal to Wright Chevy and always refer people based on the amazing customer service we have always received which we will still do but, the loose dogs are a big turn off. Ed was fantastic as always and did his best to try to make me a little more comfortable with the situation.

Was in for a check engine light. They said they checked everything and couldn't find anything wrong. Customer service there needs a little work they weren't very friendly when I walked in.

Where do I begin?! I bought a truck (6500) from them two years ago. Since then I’ve had a replacement motor, oil compressor, the 4 wheel drive has been worked on 4 times, it shuts off randomly, the traction control light comes on frequently, slowing the truck to about 20. It’s been to this service center 4 or 5 times now. Each time, it’s had to go back immediately. The changed the oil compressor and said the motor was great, it made it about a mile before completely blowing up. They have your vehicle forever and it doesn’t get done right the first time. This time, they tell me a month before they can even look at it! Do yourself a favor and go anywhere else but here!
