Hello, good morning. Honestly, having my car serviced here was an incredible experience. The workmanship is professional, highly skilled, and—most importantly—very honest. I was having issues with my check engine light and other problems with my vehicle, and they resolved them quickly. I wouldn't trade this place for any other.

Protech is honestly the best shop I’ve been to in the beaver county area. They’re honest, straightforward, and won’t try and upsell you some extra parts or maintenance. Brandon specifically is an extremely well mannered and respectful man. I haven’t had any problems or issues with previous work they had done and look forward to coming back for all of my future automotive needs. Both Midas and Zirats didn't want to touch my car due to thinking the issue was related to the body controller module. Called up Protech and said they'd give it a shot, but no promises. The issue ended up not even being related to the BCM and instead with the ignition switch which they repaired after calling around to find a replacement part. I would definitely recommend the team at Protech for both the willingness to try and fix the issue as well as their customer service, updating me almost every day as they figured out the issue and ETA to get a replacement part. Specifically Brandon (Brendan?) and Jason were a pleasure to work/talk to, definitely my go to going forward and they even have a reward point system!

I contacted Protech based on recommendations I found on Facebook and the many positive reviews that I read regarding their service and reputation. Jason answered the phone when I called and was able to get me in the following morning when the dealership wouldn't have gotten me in for 2 weeks. The Protect team quickly diagnosed the issue and Brandon reviewed everything with me before going any further.The parts that were needed were only in stock at a local dealership, so Brandon drove to the dealership to get the parts in order to fix my vehicle, which I really appreciated. Overall, it was a very positive experience and I would definitely go back again in the future if I need any additional services done.

Everyone there is professional & courteous . Been dealing with the guys there for about 10 years & will continue to do so. I've been a mechanic for 32 years ( heavy fleet) and I can say I would work with any of those guys. They are knowledgeable, professional & any interactions I've seen there between them & other customers has always been top notch.
