If you want something done to your vehicle don’t let Amy mechanic talk you out of it. Wanted a tune up spark plugs and wires, they told me I don’t need it. One month later jeep is misfiring like crazy now thank you! Also they replaced two control arms knocked the jeep completely out of alignment which then cost me 2 front tires which I then had to buy 4 because 4x4 vehicle. I will never go back to this place Reply to your comment: I was told I need brakes!!! Never am alignment bud but thank you. Never once was told about an alignment, and you guys told me the shaking in the motor was motor mount (which it probably was and you fixed thank you) but was still never told about an alignment and you still told me that a “tune up” was not necessary. The time up I’ll let slide but an ALIGNMENT was NEVER discussed. I’ll put that on everything I love and own

I got in an accident on 65 , they towed my truck , I called about my truck to get it out because I did not want fees to build up, the lady I talked I explained I had liability only and wanted to get my truck , she assured me I would not get charged storage . Went down a week later to retrieve stuff from my truck again talked to the lady at the desk told me again try to find somewhere to put it because I wanted my truck back she said take ur time its fine we are not charging storage . Well found somewhere to put my truck I called and the lady told me it would be 1700 , I asked why so much she said I was getting charged for storage, and I brought up what she assured me about no charge for storage she said the owner put a lock on the computer and she could not change it . I have to pay for storage, again I wanted to get my truck out of there 3 days after they lied to me and now I’m gonna lose my truck because of the lies I was told .. and can’t afford that . When I told her that she said oh well nothing she can do..
