The previous owner was a good guy. My mom brought her car here and they did unauthorized work on her vehicle which is illegal. If anyone brings their car here make sure you get an estimate on anything before it's done. If they can't give you one then they are not real mechanics. And if they do unauthorized work on your vehicle call the police. We can't let people just get away with shady business practices and allow them to scam people.

Whatever you do, do not take your vehicle to this shop. The new owners here will steal your money. They said they fixed a part in the vehicle but never showed the paperwork or the part they fixed and charged an absurd amount before we could leave. They are unprofessional and will never see another dollar of mine.

I went to Action Tire based on the reviews I saw online and I just recently moved to the area. First thing I noticed when I walked in was a giant sign explaining how they value their customers. I was never greeted as I walked in and waited about 10 minutes for my turn. I asked the owner about having my air and tire pressure checked, as they have a sign indicating they do this for a $1.00 charge. As I was attempting to explain why I was there and what my needs were, the owner continuously interrupted me, told me I wasn't listening to him, and continued to talk over me, blatantly disrespecting me.. I asked him about the sign on the wall and recommend he learn to speak and listen to his customers concerns as I walked out the door. I don't know if he speaks to all women this way, but his interaction with the male customer prior to me was a completely different. My interaction with this owner was only a few minutes before I just walked out.. This owner tried to tell me the problem with my tires without even looking at the vehicle. I ended up putting air in all 4 tires on my own and solved the very simple problem. Whether he just spoke down to me because I'm a woman and he thought I didn't know what I was talking about or he was trying to get more money out of my pocket by trying to get me to buy something I didn't need. I will never return to this business.

I stopped this morning to get the air in my tires checked. The next thing I know my car is on the lift. Well, then the gentleman called me in to the bay and showed me the screw in my tire! I told him I had to be at work by 7. He told me I would be gone before then. He proceeded to fix my tire. While I was waiting, Barry arrived and I asked him how much it would be. He told me $26.50. I was about $6.95 short and Barry told me to settle up when I could! I told him that I would see him Friday. It was an awesome experience. They also have a wonderful sign in their shop titled "What is a customer?" Everyone should read this sign. We will definitely bring our car back! Thanks, guys!!

Family business that treats you like family. Auto service is about confidence and faith. It's so hard to find a service center that you can trust. Barry and his team do quality work, and fix it like his family was using the vehicle. Fixed correctly, on time, and fairly priced as well. You can take your vehicle with confidence the job will be done correctly the first time.
