This place is incredible. The customer service experience is TOP TIER. Tim F was my service advisor and could not be more friendly. Came in for a simple first time oil change. Not only was the (FREE) bumper to bumper inspection incredibly thorough but it was sent to me via text link WITH PICTURES!!! Tim was also able to provide me with an estimate for repairs that included specific parts for my car and ZERO pressure to buy. The waiting area is the nicest I've been in for a service station. I've never had a better experience when getting my car serviced. ABSOLUTELY WOULD RECOMMEND

We were traveling through Columbus on our way to New York and had an untimely breakdown. Joe and his team responded quickly and had repairs made in less than 48 hours. They also arranged for us to store our vehicle until we were able to have it shipped out. Pro service and very good Communication throughout the whole process. I would recommend their services to anyone.

The company called the day of my first scheduled appt to reschedule. This was a waiting appt. It was fine as we needed to reschedule anyway. She arrived on at the rescheduled appt and was told her appt had been canceled. She explained that no this was her rescheduled appt from Monday. She reported the staff was rude and made her feel like the issue was her fault. They then found her appt and was told she had to leave the car as they didn’t have any waiting appts that day. She could not do that as she had to work. Then she said the staff was more friendly when rescheduling the appt yet again. She arrived yesterday for her waiting appt for an oil change. She waited for over an hour and stated the staff were overwhelmed and kept saying how busy they were and how they had to keep pushing appts to the next day and they had no control over the situation. Her car was then finished but she then had to wait several minutes to be checked out due to the high volume of phone calls and other people walking in. It appears that maybe the logistics of scheduling need to be worked out and accountability taken when the mistake is the companies. I have been there twice now and not impressed. The place has a warm feel upon arriving in the lobby but that feeling is quickly erased with the cluster of the scheduling and the rudeness of the staff.

As usual, Oxford, Sunbury exceeded my expectations. They not only do the oil change, but they do a check of your car top to bottom front to back for no extra charge, but sometimes I have had issues which if I had brought my car to a different auto repair shop and had an oil change. They never would’ve found some of the things that Oxford Sunbury found and thank God they did find These things because they were very important to the well-being of my car and of my own safety I just love this shop the people they treat you like family. The prices are definitely good and competitive it’s well worth it going there to see for yourself. You don’t have to take my word for it. You’ll see what I’m talking about when you go. I love these people. They truly care about others.

From start to finish, Oxford Sunbury provided excellent customer service, kept me informed (with photos and report), treated me with respect, and provided extremely expedited service with a fair price for services. Tim was an excellent person to work with, and got me back on the road with major concerns in less than 48 hours. Will not take my vehicle to a dealership ever again. Oxford is my choice!
