I am an enormously pleased and satisfied customer with the service I received this morning at Eagle Auto. I was able to schedule the app’t quickly, they are friendly and were accommodating for my situation. My car was assessed and an estimate provided to me, the work was completed and I was out the door in a little over 3 hours. My car sounds like it’s supposed to sound again! I want to thank both Erin for being so helpful and the technician who welded and repaired my exhaust. Thank you so much! Eagle Auto gets high praise and I’ll be recommending them to others.

After seeing their expansion and some updated marketing, I decided to give them a shot, and I’m very glad I did. Overall, the experience has been extremely positive. Their service writer is thorough, and I really appreciate that they provide photos and videos with their diagnostics—it adds a level of transparency you don’t always get. With their expansion, they seem to have significantly increased capacity, and they understand the difference between servicing a business fleet versus a typical daily driver. They’ve been very willing to work with us on scheduling, which is critical on our end. We’ve brought them a wide range of work, and they’ve handled it all without hesitation—even our one-ton diesel bucket truck that requires 11’ clearance. Their response was simply, “Sure, happy to do so.” From DEF pump repairs, brakes, alignments, and exhaust welding to even helping us sort out a hydraulic issue—they’ve been able to take it on. They also keep excellent records and take ownership of their work, which goes a long way. It’s not easy to find a shop you can trust with business equipment, and it’s even better when it’s a strong local resource. Eagle Automotive has earned our continued business.

I've been taking my cars to Eagle Auto for about 10 years now. I know enough about cars to take care of a good number of "small" issues (replacing sensors/fuel injectors/spark plugs; using a code reader to tackle other CEL issues, etc.). The big thing for me when dealing with professional service providers is trust. I trust Eagle Auto to handle things that are out of my depth or that I don't want to screw around with. I've always felt that the work they have done on my vehicles was necessary and of good quality.
