It was a good experience other than for one part...I was told on Saturday that my can would be complete on Monday. I waited for a call Monday and when one never came, I finally reached out five minutes before closing to find out what was going on. I was told that the "wrong parts" had been delivered, and they had to get the correct ones, and they had "just" delivered and they didn't have time to complete my van now. It would not be done until Tuesday I was told. My issue was no one ever called to say it wouldn't be done Monday, and no one had any intention of that. I read reviews online before going to this Tuffy, and they spoke about their fair pricing and communication. This did not happen I feel in my opinion on the communication. Honestly it felt like I was just being told a generic reason of "the wrong parts got delivered". This may have truly been the case, but if it was, then why didn't someone call earlier...or at all...to say that. Other than that, my experience was good. They were professional and also clear on what the issues were on the car and what they planned to do to fix it. My van was completed first thing the next morning and appears to be running well a week later. I would not hesitate to go to Tuffy again, but feel the communication on this one particular facet should have been better. I really thought, a very positive experience.

Tuffy Car Service is excellent! The staff is awesome and very professional. Last year, they worked on my cooling system, and this month they did a great job replacing both the front and rear brake systems with brand-new, genuine parts. The cost was a bit high, but I truly believe it was worth it for the quality of work and service I received. I will definitely go back again whenever I need service. If anyone is looking for a reliable auto shop like Tuffy, I highly recommend them!

Had an HVAC issue on our 2016 Chevy Trax that needed some attention, and when we came back with a concern they didn’t hesitate. Got us right in, found a quick solution to keep us comfortable until the full repair is done, and sent us on our way with cold air blowing. No hassle, no runaround. The whole team there are just solid people who actually take care of their customers. Highly recommend them to anyone in the Pickerington area looking for a shop they can trust.
View on GoogleMy new favorite tire shop! I took my truck in to have them repair a tire with a slow air leak. They patched up my tire and did not try to up sell me. Most tire places these days will lie and say that it can't be repaired and tell you that you have to buy new tires. Not these guys! They were friendly, professional and quick... and the whole encounter cost me LESS THAN $15.00!!! I was shocked. They have earned a customer for life. Thank you Tuffy being decent honest human beings.
