I needed an oil change and my heat shield under my car reattached. I usually go to a different place but they couldn’t fit me in. Boyd’s was able to take me as a walk in. I feel I got a very fair price for the oil change and they were able to reattach my heat shield and did not upsell me for it. Compared to the other place I go, Boyd’s service seemed more thorough and I love that they emailed me with the notes in my inspection and videos with it. I truly felt like they wanted me to understand the services they were going to do and what my price was going to be. I am very happy with my visit and I definitely will be coming here for all my car needs from now on.

I was having issues with the braking system on my truck and brought it to this shop for diagnosis and repair. They were able to identify the problem, explain everything clearly, and get it fixed correctly. What impressed me most was their honesty and fair pricing. They didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need and were upfront throughout the entire process. The management and staff were extremely helpful, professional, and genuinely good people to work with. It's hard to find a shop you can trust, but this is definitely one of them. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality work, fair prices, and excellent customer service.

I bought tires for my van on Jan 15th 2026. I also bought a front end alignment for $130. The right front tire was leaking air. I did not bring it back to Boyd until after the snowstorms. The van was covered with 10" of snow and we have 3 other vehicles that have 4 wheel drive. My husband and I are retired so we don't need to leave every day. I finally took the van back on Feb 4th and found it had a faulty valve stem, which Boyd fixed. They told me at that time that I needed a right lower ball joint for $822. They did not mention that when I bought the tires. I went to get the ball joint and was told that Boyd could not have done a front end alignment with a bad ball joint. Boyd actually agreed but they acted like I ruined the ball joint sometime in the past 2 weeks when I wasn't driving the van. The manager fi ally agreed to refund the money for the alignment, but after 2 months, I still haven't received it. Make sure you check your mileage before you get tires from Boyd. When I checked the mileage they had entered the mileage on my bill 500 miles less than what I had on the van. That means that if you have a problem with your tires, your receipt will say that you have put 500 more miles on your tires than you actually did. They could possibly then be out of warranty. Boyd said that was a typo. Maybe.....
