I’ve personally have been going here for over a year with all of my cars maintenance, they have great turn around time. My family has been going here for around 3 years. We have a good experience every time. Even though I don’t have much knowledge about cars they’ve explained it to me, when I’ve asked how long it might take they’re honest and even willing to look at it twice if worried It could be a short fix or a long fix. I really appreciate these guys.

I'm gonna be honest, I had a pretty poor experience taking my car here. The mechanic did some work for a fair price, though I had to take it elsewhere to get it fully fixed. When he was explaining what he thought was the problem, he spoke in a very timid manner that didn't give me confidence in what he was saying. Mechanical work aside, he didn't take care of my car at all. When I got there, it was super dusty and the trunk and driver's side door had both been left slightly open, leaving the battery dead. On top of that, he asked some kind of judgemental-sounding questions about whether I smoke weed because of how he thought the car smelled. No, I don't smoke weed, and the last I checked he's a mechanic and I was paying him to work on the car, not give me his opinion on the scent. Overall, The Golden Wrench gets one star for performing some of the work needed to get my car running again. Loses four stars for the rest.
