I received good service from the front desk people. I explained the issue i was having with my truck, they did a diagnosis and pretty much came back with the same conclusion that I did. They were able to fix my truck and give it back to me in the time a manner. They also advise me on service that I took just to make sure my truck riding good with the high mileage

We had a tire that needed changed and the staff was excellent!! they got us in and out and were very nice to deal with. They helped us get the most affordable tire and gave recommendations as well. We will going here for our maintenance needs. Gabe and Matthew were excellent with customer service and doing the best at helping with our needs.

one of the best (if not the best) shops i’ve taken a car to. Zero bs- they do the job and don’t try to upsell. Even told me the battery was low but check my warranty with the dealership. Same with cabin air filter - mentioned it will need to be replaced in another round or two. Honest, reliable and affordable.

I had my tires changed here yesterday, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. Gabe is very nice guy and patient, he answers me all the questions I have. The customer service was top-notch, and they were very professional and friendly. The quality of work was great, and the pricing was very reasonable—especially for a Tesla. I really appreciate how well they handled everything. I highly recommend this place!

My first experience with Grismer was at this location. I went in for 4 new tires on my SUV with limited info of exactly what I wanted. Gabe shared all of his knowledge and went above and beyond to make sure I was a completely satisfied customer from beginning to end. I have recently returned for additional services and I can back up my previous statement that customer service and quality of service is top notch!
