Have always had good service here but I went May15th to purchase 2 used front tires. When I left I noticed a humming sound from the tire. I thought well some tires can be loud. I drove around Grove city and the noise was still there. The following day I had to go to Westerville, as I get up past 40 miles per hour my one tire I can feel is shaking. The man said I had a 2 week warranty so when I went back and told him he immediately said I will give you a better one for 10.00 more then I had originally paid for the bad one. He installs the tire and I come home and wake up to a flat tire. Now I need to buy another set of tires because the (better one) he sold me has a leak. Long story short I am out $110.00 for 2 tires that I need to replace. But it certainly won't be at Taz. 😡 The owner of Taz tires contacted me within a hour of posting my review. He was very understanding and he is going to make it right this afternoon. He even offered to come to me and change out the tire.🙂 I am very pleased because I have done business with them a few times and never had problems. Thank you for your immediate action on this. I got there right as it opened. Dealt with one guy. He was super great. I told him I need one tire replaced. (It already had a couple hole plugs and couldn't hold air for 24hrs) My tire was relatively new otherwise. When he looked at the tire he saw it was still good treads. He checked it over and we found the leak in the side wall. Got a tire for a reasonable price for a used tire. Was fast. Efficient. Professional. Will go there in the future no question to it.
