I was on my way home to Michigan and my young driver had a mishap. They charged a really fair price and could have raked me over the coals but didn't. They were nice, quick and honest. I would be a customer for life if they were in my area. I heard nothing but good things from talking in the waiting room to locals.
View on GoogleHighly recommend this place. After Bills on Broadway over charged me, tried to upsell me, and didn’t even fix the problem, 3D Automotive got my truck right in and fixed the AC issue right the first time. And is more than reasonably priced. Highly recommended!
View on GoogleThey did everything they could to fix my car, but ultimately the engine was not reparable; which I had anticipated. They were honest, upfront, and informative. They also gave me some information and suggestions about my next car; which wouldn’t benefit them at all. It was just them being kind. They only charged me the minimal diagnostic fee. They were able, willing, and kind enough to let me keep my car there, until I could get it picked up a few days later. It was a great experience in the midst of a somewhat stressful situation. I hope to not need car repairs again anytime soon, but when that time comes, I’ll definitely be back to 3D’s. I’m very appreciative of their time, expertise, efforts, and kindness!

View on GoogleBrought my truck in for a brake‑light dash issue — they fixed that, but returned it with the engine light on (it wasn’t on before; I have photos with mileage). Supervisor refused to speak to a manager or take responsibility and wouldn’t discount parts/labor for a problem that occurred while the truck was in their care. Unprofessional — I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.
