Safelite AutoGlass

03/28/2026 - This is my second time using Safelite and the first time visiting this location for service. I was glad that I was able to wait in their comfortable seating area while my vehicle was being serviced. I was given a time frame of two hours and they completed in less than 2 hours. Thank you. The staff were professional and prompt. Safelite is auto glass worthy! Highly recommend and their prices were reasonable.

I’ve used safelite for all windshield issues over the years and have always had a pleasant experience which is why I always return, however Terrence truly made this experience something that added genuine happiness to my day. Usually when needing to interact with costumer service there is an element of friction, there was none of that with Terrence. He was understanding, patient, and thoughtful. The world needs more people like Terrence. Safelite is lucky to have him and should do everything possible to ensure that he feels appreciated and supported so he can continue to be an outstanding representative of the company.

If you are dealing with a broken windshield, broken driver/passenger side windows, side windows, etc. Do NOT use safelite!!! I repeat do NOT use safelite!!!! My husbands truck, it looks like someone tried to break into his truck by busting his passenger side window. I live in Pickerington and on the Facebook community wall, it looked like a ton of trucks were broken into the same night. The same exact way, by busting out passenger side windows. I also heard this happened in Canal Winchester. Safelite had us call our insurance, which would be a $500 deductible on its own. We called around to different vehicle glass repair companies! THANK GOD!! We found a company that would replace his windows for only $275 and come to us!!! No insurance involved! No deductible or dealing with insurance. He has great reviews and is far, far cheaper and the best part we dont have to get insurance or pay deductibles involved in anyway!! I hope this helps someone out there!! Safelite likes to act like the only need a $100+ (low 100s) and theyd deal with the rest (including your insurance) their advertising is WRONG and MISLEADING!!!! PLEASE, PLEASE do your research. I had only ever heard of safelite prior to this. They do a good job at making it seem like they are the only company out there! They are NOT!!! I hope this helps someone else. I hate leaving bad reviews. But with safelite we were just a number and a checkbook! There are much, MUCH better deals out there! If you find yourself in this situation (which i pray you dont), we recently found ourselves in, just know better deals/company's are out there!!! Please, please look into them before using money sucking safelite. Also, Safelite wanted to charge us $473 plus tax (for a front passenger window) without insurance. I had Safelite AutoGlass come to my home to replace my front windshield. Making the appointment was an easy phone call and text message to confirm. The technician was friendly, worked steady and efficiently, and cleaned up any mess that happened during the appointment. I was very impressed with the overall endeavor. Thank you, AutoGlass, for making my life a little easier!

I took my Rav 4 in for a windshield replacement, when doing this repair the TSS needs to be recalibrated for the new windshield, this should have been done during my first appointment. After one week of driving my car, I received an email explaining the report of the calibration was missed and I would need to bring it in again, I was sent a date and time for my second appointment, no one from the location called or email to check if I was available. I had to reschedule the appointment, just to sit for an hour before my car was taken in for the calibration. There were no issues or alerts on my TSS system, but after they worked on my car, I was told they couldn't calibrate it and would need to bring it in for a third time possibly all day. Mind you there were absolutely no issues or alerts on my instrument panel till they worked on it. I told them I felt they were totally incompetent to correctly repair my car, I spent 2 hours on hold with my insurance company and the Safelite customer service agent, the final response was one of their service managers would contact me after talking with the shop. This has yet to happen, my car has the TSS system down and no response from Safelite. Goodluck and hope if you choose this location you don't share in my nightmare. I wanted to add a follow up to this review, my review was commented on by Safelite, but no one from Safelite has contacted me about fixing my car three days later. It appears their reviews get more attention than completing a repair or communicating with the customer. My safety system, cruise control and anti collision systems are completely down during the season these are needed the most, a simple call or email from anyone would have been a standard practice for most companies I would think. Just sharing my personal experience with both this shop and now Safelite customer service department. I will keep updating the progress of my repair. Thanks
