M WORK

This has been the worst experience I have ever had. $940 in admin fees then are trying to charge me for parts and labor for a car that has not even been worked on. It was just towed here yesterday.... Glenda at the front desk is great and alot of help but Goodluck reaching anyone else..... No reason to even try to call it goes straight to voicmail everytime....

I originally went to Crash Champions Collision Repair in Hilliard to get estimate and repair through Geico preferred facilities, but when I got there there wasn’t even a parking space on the property and when I spoke with the front desk I felt like I was getting the run around and just another number. I called M Work that same morning and they were able to get me in for a free estimate and I received paperwork to submit to the insurance agent at Geico super fast, that morning. Glenda the front desk receptionist was all smiles and very helpful getting the process started. Tim the estimator was great to work with. He answered questions that I was hesitant to ask other places and made me feel comfortable with the process and explained everything clearly. Clearly Tim has a lot of experience in the industry!! I got the paperwork I needed and left with a great experience. I am in no way related to M Work or received anything for this review. Support small business and go through M Work for your collision repair needs. Stay away from preferred shops if you ask me!

THIS PLACE IS A SCAM DONOT GET ANY QUOTES FROM THEM Let me share my experience so others don’t fall into the same situation. This auto body shop operates like “ambulance chasers” for cars. After my incident , they contacted me pretending to be my insurance adjuster. Without proper authorization, they took possession of my vehicle and moved it to one of their locations, where they left it sitting just to accumulate storage fees. Their communication is extremely unprofessional. The phone number listed on their website does not work, and no one answers any of their multiple lines. At one point, after contacting my insurance showing exactly where their tow truck dropped it off. When I contacted my insurance company, they told me they had no connection with this shop and advised me to retrieve my vehicle myself. When I went to pick it up, they charged me nearly $900 and had done absolutely nothing to my car. This company is dishonest and misleading. They call people pretending to work with insurance companies, but that is not true. This is a scam. I strongly advise everyone: DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY.

This place is a scam!!! My car got a scratch and broken mirror from a drunk driver sideswiping it while parked M work called acting like my insurance company set it up came and towed my car it's been gone a week with no quote and you can't reach anyone unless you pick the new customer option then she says call this number but no one answers they take your car take it apart and charge you daily fees for it to sit in pieces in their lot and you can't get them to put it together to pick it up so you keep accumulating daily storage fees this place needs investigated for insurance fraud I finally reached a manager and she said I'll have someone call you from the department that handles charges but still no call just another daily fee I hope I get my car out of this place asap as of now it's in pieces being held ransom accumulating more fees this place is like an Ambulance Chaser for cars why did they have to do a tear down over a scratch photo below

This place is horrible! I 100% do not recommend them! I believe they scammed the insurance company. I got into an accident in early September, they just got finished with my car yesterday! For front end damage! My hood is off centered, they moved locations without telling anyone, for 3 weeks straight I was being told my car would be completed within the week.
