Upon arrival, all work was completed & appears to be quality, although it is an after market windshield, not BMW. The tech was professional and appeared skilled. My appointment was scheduled for somewhere between 8 - 12 am, tech did not arrive til around 1pm. The weather may have influenced that arrival time?
View on GoogleTook my car to have the windshield replaced at the 10800 Reading Rd 45241 location on 2025-08-13 (Job #: 7605350). Not sure if the install tech was rushed, messy or lazy and I don’t care but before I even drove off site, I noticed an area of gooped black sealant in a corner, black foam that wasn’t trimmed back far enough and the metal of the car now showing. We are FURIOUS about the metal showing. Went back in, told the desk personnel who stated the tech had left for the day but they could schedule a tech in our area to come the following Friday on his way to work a little after 8am. The tech who looked at it the following Friday didn’t show up until after 10am. I called that morning to see why he was so late but was placated without proper answers. I’m chronically ill, getting up early is very difficult! When he did finally show, he looked at it and stated “it must have been that way,” NO SIR, it ABSOLUTELY was NOT! Don’t gaslight me, I know my freaking car! He pulled apart the interior plastic and the weather stripping along the passenger door area to look at it. When he replaced all that, the plastic column was more in alignment, covering more of the metal but still leaving an area exposed. Of course, the company won’t do anything to fix it and keeps sidestepping and placating us when I called to complain. We worked hard to get this car, pay it off early and we like to keep our vehicles for decades. The interior right column looks like crap now. The tech failed to do a quality job and the entire company has horrible communication and problem solving skills. I will never trust this company again and will actively steer our friends and family to other companies.

Rain made us have to shift an afternoon appointment, but the technician was very flexible. The service was super quick and completed by Brandon. It was a great repair. Thank you!
View on GooglePleasant experience from the call to the tech coming out, only costed me $230 to replace my back window and they came to my house. Tech was super cool and went above and beyond. Even bending my windows frame back into place so it wouldn't whistle and removing all the glass so it wouldn't rattle.
