Got mass airflow sensor, battery, fuel injector and fuse box replaced due to car going into limp mode. Was charged 525 for diagnostic alone. My out the door bill was 2700. My battery was in perfect condition before I brought it here, even when I towed it in the car was starting right up. All of a sudden rich (owner) tells me the battery is junk and absolutely needs to be replaced in order for him to fix the other issues. I reluctantly agree because I need my car back up and running and I’m also already 525 in the hole for diag alone. The icing on the cake is that one of the issues I mentioned that was my wipers not working was never addressed and I realized when I left with the car that the wipers still don’t work. I bring the car back and I’m charged another 175for diagnostic. They pretend to be honest and fair but charging close to 700 for diagnostic is not fair or honest. My advice, you’re better off going to the dealership at these rates, at least they apply your diagnostic cost to the bill . Btw they will not allow you to bring your own parts. They want to sell you parts so they can upcharge you. When I asked why I was being charged 500 for a battery the guy said, “we gotta keep the lights on”.

This place is great. The prices are always reasonable and they’re very straightforward with why things are priced the way that they are and they are willing to bring out parts and explain why they broke. The father and son duo are very friendly, and it’s a pleasure talking to them. They’ve fixed quite a bit on my car and the fixes have lasted. They’re also very flexible with their schedules and will try to squeeze you in when they can.

This shop has honestly been a blessing during a really stressful stretch for me. My car wouldn’t start, and after changing the alternator and the starter, it was still dead. I ended up towing it to Acura for diagnostic testing, and they told me the issue was caused by an aftermarket starter. So I had it towed back home, pulled out the brand-new starter, replaced it with an OEM one from the junkyard, and it fired right up. But the next day, same problem. No start. At that point I had it towed to Complete Auto Repair, explained everything, and the owner immediately suspected an electrical issue. They kept my vehicle over the weekend just to be absolutely sure, and he couldn’t have handled it better. He communicated with me every step of the way, was patient, honest, and genuinely helpful. I’m really grateful for small businesses that show up for their customers the way they did. Their service made a huge difference at a time when I really needed it. I can’t recommend this shop enough! Spend your money with businesses that make a difference instead of big corporations that already have billions. I will never take my vehicle to another repair shop. Take the chance & I promise you won’t regret it 🫶🏽

Complete Auto Repair has an awesome team. Andrew, Rich and Jerry are courteous, friendly and provide excellent customer service. The work was high quality, and the prices were fair. I will continue to recommend their services; it is difficult to find a business you can trust to work on your vehicles. Great family owned and operated business.

I've taken 2 vehicles here and not had a problem at all the guys are great and they will work with you on payments for large jobs I seem to be good at finding lemons and these guys somehow keep them running they rebuilt the cam shaft on my yukon and decent amount of repairs on my old Ford f150 work truck these repairs cost money that is life one star ratings for 100 diagnostic is asinine I am an electrician and if you ask me to diagnose your lights not working and don't want to pay my diagnostic fee and don't like my quote please don't give me a 1 star review because your not willing to pay standard rates for work we all have to make a living if you want an honest mechanic that will give you quality work at a fair price these guys are it. If you don't want to pay diagnostic fees you better start studying and give it a shot but don't give somebody a bad review that don't deserve it! These guys are 5 stars all the way!
