The 5 minutes of awkwardness when you walk in and people see you and walk by you but the employees don’t even acknowledge you exist was pretty awful. I asked for them to look at my antenna as the service manager (can’t remember his name) told me I could have it looked at anytime. They didn’t look at it and I asked the kid who was handling my service and he knew nothing about it like I made things up. Wish I could take my car elsewhere as the last few times I have been made to feel like a burden on the dealership and not the overpaying customer that I have been for over 2.5 years.

It sucked, the service sucked, the communication sucked… got roped into buying a vehicle with $5,000 worth of hidden problems from them that they do not want to acknowledge or correct… expressed my concerns when I was buying the car and was reassured everything is good… truth is they had no clue they were just selling a vehicle that they weren’t sure of… they’re the worst…

Routine service went well. Oil change and tire rotation. When I checked in I explained that my vehicle was slow to start and to fi d out what it was. When they said my vehicle was ready I asked about the starting issue. They told me the battery was fine....which I knew. The lady then said they would have to do a diagnostic. I told her I thought that was what they were doing. She said your brakes will need replacing soon and quoted a price for that. She ignored what I was asking. I could have had the oil changed near me instead of going to the dealer across town thinking that was best to figure out the issue. I wasted my time.

Took my 2020 Chevy Silverado Trailboss in to Buyers Grove City Ohio on 12/10/25 because I had an oil leak just a couple days after I had it in for routine oil change and tire rotation. After they informed me that they needed to clean the oil off the underside and add dye to my oil so they could identify where it was leaking I was told to drive a couple days and they would schedule me to come back in to recheck ($125.00 cost) for me. It now has been now been 4 days and Ive heard nothing back from service attendant “Wade” about when to bring my truck back, even after leaving a voicemail message with him and also asking other person at the service desk for him to call me the morning of 12/11/25 to let me know when to return back, since a date and time was never set. Disappointed with the lack of follow up.
