While it's never fun to pay for brakes, Bill's made the process easy and I really appreciate the 3 year nationwide warranty. I always have to wait for service and their waiting area is clean, comfy, includes chargers, and beverages. Good car care is hard to find. You'll find it at Bill's.

I will NEVER use Bills on Broadway again. Overpriced and charge for services not being completed. Took my vehicle there last summer and this spring for AC issues. Both times they said they couldn't find a leak, recharged it and replaced the lines. Charge only held less than a month this year, so took it back for a third time. They now said I had a cracked condenser and only noticed it when they took off the plastic shroud that covers it up. I asked why this was not completed at the first and second appointment. So the past two times they did NOT do a complete A/C inspection after they said they did, and charged me over $2,000 for it. They said to recharge and replace the condenser would be another $2000. Went and picked up my truck, took it to another local automotive shop, and fixed it for $800. Please be careful with this shop.

Really disappointing. Went in on a Friday morning asking for a quote for work. Stated they charge $180 to write quote for work. Said I did not need a diagnosis, just a quote to R&R a transmission (yr,my,model, engine provided) . Guy behind the counter seems bothered and reiterated that he needs $180 to take his time (he was on Facebook or something when I walked in) to write a quote. Just really disappointed. I’ll take my $3,000 job elsewhere. Back when I was a master tech and service driver manager at Saturn and MAG, I would have let the guy go for treating customers so nonchalantly and letting a $3,000 job walk out the door. Unfortunately, not a good experience. I called for a standard oil change. First off, I will say that the person at the front desk was helpful. I called in a week or two before to schedule the appointment and had it all set, but when I got in there, she said that there was no scheduled appointment for me in their system. She then said we should be able to get you in now though, which was nice to hear. I waited about the normal time in their office, so it wasn't too bad overall. However, my bill was handed to me with the wrong spelling of my name and wrong address. I suppose that's not a big deal for me knowing they both have unique spellings. The big issue, and the reason I wouldn't necessarily recommend this place, is they left my coolant cap off under the hood so the reservoir was completely exposed for months without me knowing (I got the oil changed in Nov 2025). Recently the heat in my car stopped working and then soon after (today), a red light on my dash comes on with a "High engine temperature - stop safely" notification. Thankfully, I was by an AutoZone to pull over and get coolant immediately, but who knows if the pressure in the cooling system is off now because of this, or if there's air trapped in the system (or debris). This could be a damaging mistake, so I called Bill's on Broadway twice to see if we could remedy the situation and they didn't answer both times -- it doesn't help that the "destination mailbox is full", and I can't leave a message.

I would not recommend. I brought my Jeep to get the thermostat fixed. I got the diagnostic back with over $10,000 of recommended work. I told them to fix the thermostat and only that. I also have a warranty through CNA and told them to reach out to CNA to check and see what is covered. Bill's informed me nothing was covered. I went ahead and approved the work because I needed my car. The cost of the work was very high but I needed it done. I checked with CNA myself just to make sure that nothing was covered and it turns out about half of the job was covered. CNA's exact word were "Bill's put in zero effort." I got a check from CNA a couple weeks later. Ever since the appointment my Jeep engine has been extremely loud (which it was not prior to the service they completed). They did nothing to fix the issue and just recommended more work to be done. I used to go here for our oil changes but I will no longer be back. I would suggest other shops if you are wanting more than an oil change. Their prices are much higher than other shops and are not very thorough with their work.
