Writing this on Feb 28, 2026 Positive - The place was clean and inviting. Offered me and my spouse water while they retrieve our salesman. They had the car (2024 Nissan Z Nismo) we wanted to see out front and waiting for us. Everyone was polite. Negative - Yesterday I called and spoke with a salesman named Dave who was polite over the phone and understood that I was driving two (four in total) hours to see this car and potentially buy. All that is good to hear but now as of today was a different story. My wife and I get the keys, took a quick glance over the car before taking it out onto the road. Drove nice as most cars with only 7,800 miles on it would. I pull off into a parking lot to look it over. The car came off a lease from Wisconsin that the leaser only had for nine months. Somehow racked up 7,500, destroyed the rear tires (cheap Khumos on there now) also has winter tires on the front which is very telling as to the amount of rust building up on components under the car, swirl marks all over the paint and trim pieces, engine has a ticking noise as if oil starved, road rash on wheels, passenger side door panel was all marred up and so forth. But okay. Maybe they’ll cut us a deal for all of these issues as it seems I would have to come out of pocket a few thousand just to get it back to a sound state. And here’s where things take a turn from disappointment to instant disrespect. We get the car back where salesman Dave brings me a break down of the price of the car, fees, title yadayadayada. My heart drops the moment I see the price of the car as to which they were trying to sell it to me for. They switched the price of the car the day I drove down to see it. Yesterday it was $46,940 but now has it at $47,978. I instantly tell Dave and he acted surprised. I proved it by showing him the screenshot that came off of their website the day before and he acted confused about it. “Okay” I said. “Seeing as it has all of these flaws and I caught the price change while a deal was in progress, go see what your sales manager will do.” He does so just to come back with only $500 off. He didn’t even honor the original price it was listed as. And yes, I’m very aware that dealerships can and do this and they do it all of the time but this is highly disrespectful and disgusting thing to do. You’re trying to sell a car that won’t ever be sold at that price, at least to someone who knows what to look for. And as you can see in the photos, I show how they switch the price the day I came down. Do yourself a favor and stay clear from this place. A bait and switch dealership is someone whi does NOT care about their clients, their HARD EARNED money or them ever returning.

Nikita was a great sales representative. He created a situation where I was able to get a vehicle 60 days earlier than planned by being persistent and advocating for me as a customer. Would recommend the entire team and return for another purchase.
