I towed my car there to get an replacement battery. When I picked my car up it was back firing. Then the assist manager was rude to me saying I was rude to him. I don't know how you doing stuff on people's car without asking them first. No authorization what so ever except switch out the battery.

Dishonest shop and staff. Quoted $70 for oil change. Had $10 coupon from website. They never told me labor was not included in the $70 quote. In their mind $70 - $10 = $70 Not to mention the staff lost my backup key from my key fob and tried to blame it on me without even looking for the backup key. The key was found on the ground behind the desk after they tried looking for it, but all I got was "you gave us the key fob without the backup key in it"
