Came in for a slow leak and was told the nail in my front right tire couldn't be patched. Was then advised to replace the other front tire too — which still had 50% tread — "for even wear." Fine, went along with it. When I picked the car up, the new tires were visibly filthy. I pointed it out and the assistant manager told me the tires had been sitting in the shop for about a year, birds had been up there, and they had already noticed the dirt themselves — but mounted them anyway. They offered to power wash them after I pointed it out, but I had to get back to work. If you know the tires are dirty before they go on the car, clean them first. Don't make it the customer's problem after the install. Sloppy work at that shop, would recommend going to professionals who take pride in their work.

Do not come here if you value your life or vehicle. Went in for a simple wheel change for my winter tires. I was charged $155 for a service that is typically less that $50 anywhere else and they used the wrong lugnuts, causing my wheel to fly off while driving. This shop is a danger to public safety. Update: Not sure why Mr Tire responded by asking me to call them. We already discussed this, so you can call me directly since you’ve got my number.

View on GoogleMr. Tire in Dublin OH was an absolute lifesaver. I'm in town for hockey tournament with my son and my alignment was off and I realized I needed two new tires. I drove to at least four other shops and called 13 more and my tire size was not available until Monday at every one I called. Mr tire in Dublin Ohio just so happened to be a little under a mile from our hotel and We stopped in at about 5:00 in the afternoon on Friday. They had the tires available Saturday morning 10:00 a.m. put them on the car, did an alignment and I was out the door by 11:30. Going back for the oil change after game 3. Couldn't be happier with the service and staff. Great job guys!
