I had been in contact with several different dealerships looking for a Honda CIvic. I sent over an offer that I had from another dealership to see if Germain Honda could beat it. I then had a sales manager Dontay Hunter message me telling me they could beat the other offer I had. I had a short phone call with him and we had a price and the payment agreed upon over the phone. I went into the dealership 2 days later and worked with Daniel Head who was excellent. I was in and out with my new car in about an hour. They gave me the same numbers that we agreed upon over the phone. No hassle. The deal here was so good that I came from Dayton to Columbus to buy my car here. The finance guy Alex was also great to work with. If your looking for a low stress straightforward car buying experience, I cannot recommend this dealership and the guys I worked with enough. I recently purchased a Honda CR-V 2024 Sport-L from this dealership, and overall my experience was mixed. First, I want to give a big shoutout to my sales representative, Winslow Johnson. He was professional, patient, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire process. He made everything smooth and stress-free, and I truly appreciate his effort. The car itself has been excellent so far—very reliable, comfortable, and well-designed. It looks great, drives smoothly, and feels like a very practical and well-built vehicle for everyday use. I’m genuinely happy with the car. Unfortunately, the experience with the title department has been disappointing. It has been over a month, and I still have not received the memorandum title. This delay has been frustrating and has caused unnecessary inconvenience. At this point, I am still waiting with no clear resolution. While the sales side of this dealership is strong, the backend process—especially the title handling—needs serious improvement in terms of efficiency and communication.

I gave my 5 star rating because of Paul Alagna. There were some issud with the car that were a deal breaker. Paul stepped up and worked to get the issues resolved. It took a few attempts but his relentless drive to make sure we were satisfied with the car was amazing. He personally took the responsibility to make sure it was right as if it were his own car.
