ER Autocare Sawmill

Back story: Literally having the worst week ever. My car got broken into and they stole my wallet... I was working right next door at the car wash. My husband came to check my spark plugs while on break from his job. Because my check engine light came on and my car started running a little weird. He had to go back to work and forgot to leave the extension for the deep well to tighten the spark plug back. I went next door to this place and stood there for a few minutes before someone even came and acknowledged me. Then I asked if I could use the extension for just a minute to tighten the spark plug back down. And this dude came back and said they don't have an extension. Your literally a mechanic shop. I do understand tools cost money and all but literally, Noone has compassion anymore. I'm disappointed in these men and it's actually really sad that you charge so much for car repairs but can't help out someone that is in the neighborhood where your business is located. Step up your ethics...

I wanted to like this place more as it was close by and I had taken my car in there once before and they were honest that there was nothing wrong and no work needed to be done. But my experience with getting new brakes and rotors was extremely subpar. I had an appointment (which is a must for me as I have a very demanding and limited schedule), they re-iterated the time frame once I got there, and it still took more than twice as long and over 4 hours. Even though they knew I was coming in for a brake and rotor change, the parts were not readily available. They have to procure everything, and every time they needed an item (expected or unexpected), they had to call NAPA and have them drop parts off. Literally saw a NAPA truck every hour drop items off. Which means an hour wait every time they need something. On top of it, I wouldn't have thought any shop would be more than a dealer. I should have price shopped as they were $300 more than the Ford dealer down the road. And charged me a $54 break inspection even though I told them I'm here for this service based on your recommendation from the last time I was there. As much as they pride themselves on transparency, they really aren't. Their quotes/invoices do not break out labor hours, labor rate, or parts costs. And let's not go there on the cleanliness of the bathroom at 8AM.

I was referred by 2 family members. I have been pretty distrustful by other auto mechanics. Always finding more to add on. To me, it's the comfort to the customer. The effort in the lobby, knowledge of the problems and taking the time to explain. The timely manner with communicating. I recieved a text back quickly to a question. Easy web appts. I also had spark plugs replace on my Murano w/90k. Works like a dream! Yes, quite satisfied with Sawmill er.

Awesome experience from start to finish! Juston was absolutely amazing to work with, and the rest of the staff were incredibly nice and courteous. They managed to get me in and out the exact same day. On top of the great service, their pricing was very reasonable compared to a few other shops I had checked out. Professional, fast, and fair. Highly recommend!

My first time at ER Autocare at Sawmill and it was a positive experience. Easily made an appointment for oil change and tire rotation. The car was quickly inspected. Additional suggestions for auto care were made but no pressure was put on me to get everything or anything extra done right away. I’ll return for the next car maintenance.
