Shame on this business. I didn't even go to this car wash, however I was appalled when I noticed they had an employee outside on the street corner holding a sign. The temperatures and humidity outside is dangerous. Yet they had a poor young man, outside in the scorching sun holding a sign. Seeing the way they treat their employees made me pass on having an interest in doing business with them. Have some respect for your employee. Absolutely unacceptable. There is a severe heat warning out. It is marked as the hottest day in 13 years.

The manager, David, made our experience incredible. The outside terminal was not working correctly when we got there, and we couldn’t even get through to pay. He came out and comped our wash and helped us out so much. I’m coming back for a membership soon!

To the lovely female with the iPad standing outside the Tsunami Express car wash in Circleville this morning, holding up the line, trying to hoax customers into purchasing Unlimited overpriced car washes instead of letting us select the single wash and preventing us from pulling past her to select our option on the Kiosk … I have one question for her . Is she now making $15 an hour , instead of her regular $14? We are already miserable for having to be there washing bird shit off our vehicles , and this woman somehow managed to ruin my day even further. I do not regret pulling out of the line and not washing my car there , but I do however, regret not doing society a favor by running her over on the way out.

It's a scam! Verify the TRUTH of what you're signing up for before giving them payment for anything! Be aware that this place does not sell single car washes, or packages of X numbers of car washes. They sign you up for a monthly recurring membership; despite the employees may tell you differently. I found this out when I went back 5 months later and was told they needed to "update" my payment information. This is when I realized they'd been charging me $22. a month for a "membership fee" not only had I not used; now they were charging me for car washes on top of the "membership fee". I disputed a membership that I wasn't aware I'd been signed up for that I didn't use. The credit card company said they could not verify and therefore could not issue a refund. for 5 months worth of fees that I was told I'd only purchased a 3 pack of washes.. I did't find this out until I went to go through the wash again 5 months later and on top of it was told I couldn't go through because I have a rack on top of my vehicle. Which wasn't any different than the last time I went through. (same rack on the car and went though last time). So, buyer beware!
