1st Class Automotive

While I was home in Circleville, Ohio over Christmas break, I was doing some work on my struts and shocks and needed to have my car realigned. Even between the holidays, First Class Automotive was able to get me in and take care of it for me. They were incredibly honest and clear with me, taking the time to explain what was going on and offering helpful feedback on what I could do next to get my car back into tip-top shape. I was especially grateful that they fit me in between the holidays—on a day they may have technically been closed but were still working to take care of customers’ cars. They quickly addressed my issue, communicated clearly, and made the whole experience stress-free. I’m so thankful for their help and professionalism. I would absolutely recommend First Class Automotive to anyone. In fact, many of my family members already trust them for their alignment and auto needs, and now I do too.

In my dealings, which have been a few with multiple vehicles a few words come to mind. HONEST. Great Customer Service. Fair pricing. Timely turn around. These are a few things that keep me coming back. Oh and if your in a pinch they will work to get you in and back on the road quickly.

So I wanna start by saying I am always super nervous of other people with my truck. The work that 1st class automotive did was as follows . Replacement of 2 tires and balanced as well as a front end alignment. I am always sceptical of new shops my first time being to them. That worry was squashed about 5 minutes in. The woman and man who worked on my truck today were very polite and kind. They took their time doing the work, as it should be. They were chatty with me which I enjoyed. But what made me the most happy was as the customer, the knowledge they had and the care they took for my vehicle. They made sure to be careful with the rims when mounting tires. And took their time to make sure they were properly balanced. They then proceeded to start on my front end alignment. I can't stress enough that when a shop gets something done a little too quickly I feel as if they rushed through it just to get me out. 1st class automotive did not do that in any way. The man doing my alignment took his time and made sure everything was where it should be and as a customer that's how it should be. I'd rather have a shop take their time and make sure it's right than rush through it and miss something. 1st class automotive made it feel like I had friends working on my truck rather than strangers. And that experience can't be bought. But it can be earned, and they earned it from me with ease. I'm happy this shop is here local in town and I will recommend them to everyone I know. I feel they may be one of the very few "mom and pop shops" left in this area who can really work on older vehicles and have the capability to work on new vehicles as well. I will without a doubt be coming back for anything else that I can't do myself. This is a place that will do the work right. And you can't rush good work! I have nothing but good things to say about Matt and his team at 1st Class Automotive. Matt has worked on my Jeep more times than he probably wanted to, or even cares to admit. My Jeep's original engine took a dump, and a friend of mine replaced it with a crate motor. That engine didn't last a 60 mile drive home. 1st Class Automotive went to battle with the company who built the 1st replacement motor, making sure they honored their warranty and replaced that engine with a second crate motor. Matt stayed over night before he left on vacation, working to finish my Jeep. My daughter was having problems with her van's steering. We thought the rack was bad.(she had the steering rack replaced a year prior by a shop in Chillicothe) I made an appointment with 1st Class and got the van in to have the rack replaced. They called me within an hour to tell me that all but one of the rack's mounting bolts were missing. They had apparently fallen out and the rack didn't need replaced. They replaced the bolts and refused to charge my daughter for the repair. I had my Jeep in his shop again today for new U joints. When I went to pick it up, it wouldn't start. I found the issue quickly (loose starter wire, nothing the shop did). Matt's daughter offered to get her tools and go crawl under the Jeep in 20 degree weather to tighten the connection! Honesty and integrity are words I'd use to describe this shop. I highly recommend them and will continue to use them!

Took vehicle for 2 repairs, price charged was way under Midas repair estimate. Extremely reliable and fast service to get my vehicle back in the road the next day. A part I purchased was bad, went back to get another new part installed at no charge! Extremely happy and will return for future repairs.
