Excellent customer service and they do great work. I love that I can trust the work that is being done here. We had to bring in a vehicle that another mechanic royally screwed up and Scotty was absolutely amazing with getting it fixed correctly.
View on GoogleScotty and every mechanic in this repair shop are really nice people and get to the point and let you know everything as they see and look at it. Took my little beloved dodge dart in due to engine coolant sensor issues and he didn't charge me at all, checked everything physically and made sure that it wasn't an actual physical issue, cleared the electronic system out so we can see if its a physical issue or not. Definitely go here!

View on GoogleOn March 31, 2025, I dropped off my Ford F-150 for evaluation due to a persistent whirring noise coming from the front end. Prior to this visit, we had already replaced both front hub assemblies/wheel bearings, which did not resolve the issue. Scott evaluated the vehicle and informed us that the driver-side 4WD locking hub actuator needed to be replaced. We approved the repair, which cost $512.18. However, when I picked up the vehicle on April 1, Scott admitted that the whirring noise persisted and suggested that the passenger-side hub assembly might be defective. We replaced the hub assembly ourselves, but the noise continued. We scheduled a diagnostic appointment with a Ford dealership for the earliest available date, 4/7. After inspection, Ford determined that the 4WD hub actuator installed by Scott’s shop was incorrect for our model. They stated it was too heavy and had two rows of teeth, while the correct part should have had only one. As Scott’s shop was unwilling to fix the issue that day, we had no choice but to let Ford install the correct part, costing us an additional $656.6. Ford returned the incorrect part to us, confirming it was new but not suitable for our vehicle. On April 8, my husband contacted Scott to inform him of the issue and asked if we returned the incorrect part, would he refund us for the cost of that part alone. Scott denied the part was incorrect and refused to take responsibility or offer any reimbursement.
