Had my engine replaced there recently they did it in a very timely manner. The end of mine came out the next day I called they didn’t hesitate to come in right away. I did they fixed it on the spot very friendly even with my dog highly Recommend this establishment🤙🏽

Needed my turn signal switch replaced. Other shops gave me a fuss. My friend Tyler recommended Pat. I called, explained and they happily took the car and fit it in their schedule. They didn’t drag me around like other shops. It’s all fixed and they were extremely nice and I’m over the moon to have my car working again!

This place used to be great when Frank owned it. Took my daughters window to be fixed. They did not fix it . We called them immediately back. Then 7 calls and several weeks later I went to the place and they said that they sometimes don't get the messages.... Right. They had broken the plastic panel on the door and didn't bother telling us they had done it, along with the window STILL not working. It took them almost two weeks later to get it back. Couldn't find a panel to match did a horrible job with a plastic covering and thought it would be ok. Oh, forgot to mention the window falls into the door. He begins to tell me it's a bad switch. Then it became the motor. He says he can't give me my money back until Monday. THEN changes his mind and says that he's done the job he was paid to do. The window still doesn't work and he said he spoke to the owner and he agrees with him. The owner is never there and obviously is too good to speak with customers especially if he wants to steal their money. Don't go here. Find a more reputable place! Obviously they pretend to care about their customers.

This guy was to install a good used transmission pats words not mine when I got the car back it was still slipping in reverse I took the van back to him he said he would take care of it and make right he then kept the van for six weeks every time checked on van pat told me he had to test drive it when I did go pick the van up he told me he drove the hell out of it his words told me drove to Columbus a few times but when I got the van home it was still slipping in reverse I paid him 1200 bucks took the van to a transmission shop they told me the transmission has never been pulled out but marked to look like it was this guy is a crook beware you have been warned 1200 dollars for nothing

Pat is a very busy man but still takes the time to do quality work. I have taken my car to him multiple times and have family members that use him as there go to mechanic as well. He cuts you deals when possible like when I went in recently and ask what the part would cost Pat said 70 and I said what do you want in total to do the job and he again said just 70. He also didn’t charge me to look at the car like a lot of shops do he just charged 70 flat to repair what was wrong. I’m not saying you won’t get charged to have something looked at in some cases he might have to charge you to look at something if it’s going to take some time to do you’ll have to call Pat to find out what things will cost but he is a reasonable guy. he also has done a transmission rebuild for me which thus far has held up very nicely I used to use speedy mufflerman but was overcharged and told incorrect information multiple times now Pat has become my go to guy for repairs he is fair and honest and gets the work done in a timely manner Thanks Pat for all the help Brother. First Choice Auto is the only choice!
