Bought a transmission, took it to a trans shop for them to inspect it and they discovered a crack in the bell housing when disassembled. I called and informed them of the crack and sent pictures of the damage. They offered to refund me or give me a replacement trans with double the mileage. I told them I wanted a refund. When I called to say I was dropping it off they stated they didn't have the funds for a refund and would have to write me a check which I agreed to. Drove 2 hours and a new person looked at it and claimed they couldn't see the crack from outside. He said he couldn't refund me and stated taking the trans apart voids the warranty. I stated that was not what I was told over the phone and was promised a refund. He then accuses the trans shop of swapping the bell housing and best he can do is give me a replacement trans with double the mileage. I stated I would take that deal if they could give me a partial refund and was denied. He even asked the person I was on the phone with and the person lied saying I never told them the trans was taken apart and that the photos I sent were too blurry and I was trying to hide things in the photos. This was all a lie. I believe they couldn't afford to refund me and made up a reason to deny the refund. I left the transmission there and will be back. Look forward to speaking with you all soon.

Wonderful experience they had tail lights listed for a Cadillac DTS I called them up ask them if they had other items from the vehicle they called me back send me photos of the items that I needed on the car they went ahead and removed the items off of the vehicle for me clean them up and ship them to my home Tim is a great person communicated on the parts great price I recommend anyone who needs used parts for a car and could not go to a salvage yard and take them off to call Tim

I just have to say these guys are the real deal! I’ve been looking for a roof rail for my Subaru for weeks, and since it is discontinued, my only hope so I’ve been eBay and checking junkyards to order online. I finally stumbled upon a site that gave me parts from junkyards around my state and found the part I needed from Marshall’s. FOR CHEAPER THAN EVERYONE ELSE TOO! Not even exaggerating they saved me hundreds of dollars on a discontinued junk part that people are taxing for everywhere else. I called to confirm that they had it, the gentleman and told me how I can order it online so they can start pulling apart so it would be ready by the time I am off work. I lived about a half hour away and could only make it in about a half hour before they closed. They didn’t try to shoo me away or tell me they couldn’t or try to make it in the time crunch or anything like that. Simply told me to make sure I confirm it by ordering online and they’d get me taken care of. I gotta say these men went above and beyond expectations. I really only needed one side rail but I just ordered both to be safe since it didn’t specify which side, and the price for both already beats the price of one from any other ebay seller or any dealer that happens to have the part in stock for $400! For one rail too. These guys got me both rails, and even hooked me up and tossed in the crossbars, once again that people overcharge for online. And on top of that, they took it apart to help make sure it fit in my car. Literally a half hour before closing when any other business could have easily shrugged me off or given me some attitude/hassle about it. Hands down some of the best and honest service I’ve received. I really appreciate and I genuinely thank all of you guys there that got me taken care of! Give these guys a call if you can seriously!

have a lot of parts... reasonable prices... You pay on the phone, and they pull your part and call you when it's ready.

I highly recommend NOT doing business with them, they have went to crap over the last 5 years. They listed a subframe online as in "Nice Condition" so I put in the order. Next business day Marshalls Auto Parts call's me to tell me my part is pulled & waiting. So I drive 2 hours to pick up the part only to find it rotted and them trying to hide it with cutting the hose directly over the rust hole! Then they said well we're only human, then offered me the rusted sub frame for $100, as if I would install this on a customers car! So PLEASE PEOPLE CHECK YOUR PART'S! I SPOTTED THE ROTT WITHIN 3 MINUTES & BEFORE I LEFT THEIR PARKING LOT, SOMETHING THEY COULDN'T DO AT ALL?!?!?!
