High Rize Diesel LLC

I wanted to share the beginning of a great relationship. I recently moved to ohio for the military and purchased a diesel truck. It started having some issues and I started my search to find a shop to help me iron out the details. I called almost 11 locations locally here to me. The same result presented every call. No answer. No call back. Turn down of service. Fast forward to finding their number. Nate called me back to inform me of the options for work. Went over pricing. Went over scheduling. He even went as far to help me locate a large wrecker to tow my truck to him. He took the time to learn what was done to the truck, he also highlighted things i would need to worry about in the future. I am excited to start this relationship and show everyone else how amazing their customer service is and feedback throughout the process. I look forward to updating this review even more with plenty of positive results and recommendations for the future. *****Update***** Too add to this, High-Rize Diesel Performance LLC added to their stellar performance by calling me and updating me with some very specific items that came up during the inspection. They didn't just pre authorize it or swap parts like some shops do. They asked if it was something I wanted to address and went over the precautions. They went over our current plan and tied it back to one of the issues. Hands down this is the service we all needed. I hope I can bring everyone here to see what a great experience can be like. Final Update **** Nathan and his team tackled multiple issues from the last owner of my truck. They took a little extra time to make sure all systems were good and no leaks were present due to the massive amount of work accomplished. Hands down best experience with a shop. Transparency and being extremely thorough. Two things you dont often find with a shop. I look forward to working with them more.

Took a truck here that another shop (Fairfield Diesel in Lancaster) absolutely ruined electrically. This shop put in an immense amount of work and services to get me on the road. Nathan and Dylan specifically, stayed in touch every step of the way, explained things out and never charged me for a dime without permission. The work they did was top level, nasty, annoying jobs that most shops would either cut corners on to just be done or reject it entirely. These guys went straight at it and did an amazing job. This is a shop you pay to get it right the first time. Don’t overthink it, don’t try to cut corners on price. Just bring your truck here and feel good about it when you have it back that it’s actually fixed. Will be my shop moving forward for any issue. 5 star service easily.

Very happy with my experience working with High Rize Diesel. I had a self inflicted issue with my truck that could be, but was not guaranteed, catastrophic. I worked with Dylan who clearly laid out the options and price range. I didn't need to "overfix" for an issue that wasn't there and had a low probability of occurring. This was left up to me to decide, and they weren't pushy at all. The repairs were made quickly, I was pleased with the price relative to the dealership quote, and the truck is driving great. Highly recommend.

Back again to get the recommended transmission service. Once again I was blessed to start this relationship with this shop that puts their customers first. A full service on the transmission is a must to keep my truck running at its best. High Rize offers everything from electrical work to basic maintenance on these trucks and that awesome fabrication work you might need to install aftermarket parts. I love the ease of service and use of the digital phone authorization format they use. You are able to first hand see what they are seeing and approve or disapprove service items. #repeatcustomer
