I ordered a uhaul for a very quick trip. Ordered it online and declined the insurance. While I picked it up in person, apparently the insurance was added back on. I discovered this the next day. I was told that since I signed the agreement, there was nothing that they would do. I only took the truck 3 miles. Just crazy. I won't do business here again, and all over 15 dollars.
View on GoogleI just got my 3 year old zero turn back from Dynahoe, simple fix that I never would have found and it was done at no charge to me. Jim, the owner has gone above and beyond to take care of my mower purchased there where if I had gone to a big box store I don't think it would have been taken care of. Donahoe will always be my place to buy from and get repairs, they treat you well.

I WILL NOT be going back here to rent anything ever again. Customers should be treated with respect, the same way I treat them, with respect the way I was taught.
